These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed according to Israeli law. Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. All domestic Israel based billing and delivery address purchases are subject to 17% MAM/VAT.  All domestic Israel based billing prices are inclusive of MAM/VAT - subject to change.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, specifications and colors are a realistic representation of the actual product. However, slight variations may occur and the actual product may differ from photographs.  

While we aim to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the website, neither The Shabbat Collection nor any directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

All goods remain the property of The Shabbat Collection until full payment has been received. As we take great care to ensure goods are properly packaged before mailing, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods once they have left us.  The Shabbat Collection is not responsible for paying customs charges at any local postal destinations.  Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All product order processing times are up to 3 days with shipping times estimated at between 3 -7 days for Israel; 7 - 14 days for Europe; 14 - 21 days for USA and 21 - 28 days for the rest of the world.  These are estimated times only and during the lead up to festive seasons order fulfillment times might be extended.  Please contact us directly for any specific shipping time estimates at info@theshabbatcollection.com
