We hope that you will love and enjoy your products from The Shabbat Collection. However, if your goods arrive damaged, please notify us by phone or email within 48 hours so that we can investigate.
If for any reason you find the item is unsuitable, you may return what you have purchased within 28 days and we will refund you the cost of the goods, if applicable. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. When returning goods, you are responsible for all postage costs. We recommend you obtain proof of posting. We cannot refund or replace goods that are lost in the mail on their way back to us, and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them. If your goods are not what you specifically ordered, please call us within 48 hours and we will endeavor to replace them immediately.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or non approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we recommend if shipping an item over $40, you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary however, we will do our best to ensure that you will receive your exchanged product from The Shabbat Collection as soon as possible.
